电池的控制开关应有过流、短路等保护功能，每个蓄电池组的接头和连接线应有绝缘保护。
投标方需提供相应蓄电池厂商的电池恒功率放电参数表，按照电池厂商提供的功率数据，列出后备时间计算过程。电池的放电终止电压统一按照1.8V/格（10.8V/节）进行计算。投标方需提供电池功率计算公式和电池后备时间计算公式。
